The Paid Search Strategist is a senior-level executional specialist responsible for activating, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search programs for 1–2 enterprise clients with multi-million-dollar monthly media investments. This role operates in close partnership with the Paid Search Account Director, who owns overarching strategy and client direction. The Strategist is responsible for bringing that strategy to life—ensuring flawless execution, deep performance analysis, and continuous optimization at scale. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, platform expertise, and analytical rigor, combined with the ability to operate effectively within complex account structures and high spend environments. What You'll Do Strategic Execution & Activation - Translate strategy into fully built, structured, and scalable Paid Search programs. - Own campaign builds, restructures, and expansions across engines (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). - Implement advanced account structures aligned to business goals, audience segmentation, and funnel stages. - Ensure all campaigns are launched with accuracy and consistency. Optimization & Performance Management - Own day-to-day optimization across large-scale budgets, including bidding, budget allocation, query mining, and audience layering. - Continuously refine campaigns to improve efficiency, scale, and performance against KPIs. - Execute against defined testing roadmaps (ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audience strategies). - Identify performance trends and proactively recommend tactical adjustments. Advanced Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analysis across campaigns, audiences, and conversion paths to uncover performance drivers and inefficiencies. - Support forecasting, pacing, and scenario planning with data-backed inputs. - Support measurement frameworks, including attribution and incrementality considerations. Quality Control & Operational Excellence - Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization across complex account structures. - Perform regular audits to ensure best practices, consistency, and compliance. - Manage pacing and budgets to ensure efficient spend and minimal waste. - Identify and resolve issues quickly in a fast-moving, high-investment environment. What You'll Bring Must Haves: - 4-6+ years managing paid advertising programs. - Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. - Deep understanding of analytics tools such as GA4, Hubspot Analytics, or similar. - Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques. - Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com http://Monday.com. - Strong analytical skillset with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and optimization - Proven ability to manage large budgets with precision and accountability - Experience working within agency teams and cross-functional environments - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with MTA & MMM - Programmatic experience - Experience training and mentoring more junior team members Benefits and Perks We Provide - Remote Workplace.
