This is an entry-level position designed to jumpstart your career in tech and enterprise sales. You will lay the groundwork for high-impact partnerships, mastering the fundamentals of business development, pipeline creation, and prospect qualification. About the team The Enterprise Business Development team drives growth by securing top-tier accounts that generate millions in revenue. We operate as a high-energy, collaborative unit where continuous learning and performance are celebrated. You will work alongside seasoned sales leaders who are committed to mentoring and developing your career trajectory. What you’ll do: - Build the Pipeline: Identify and research high-potential enterprise prospects using digital tools and market research. - Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach—including cold calling, strategic emailing, and social prospecting—to connect with VP and C-Level executives. - Qualify & Book: Assess prospective client needs and secure qualified sales meetings for Senior Enterprise Directors. - Learn & Execute: Participate in continuous sales training and adapt quickly to feedback, mastering sales methodologies and industry knowledge. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth account handling. - Track & Communicate: Maintain clear records of activity in our CRM and communicate pipeline progress with team leadership.
