POSITION OVERVIEW Today we have a brand people want to talk about, a category full of creators looking for a partner who actually gets them, and no formal creator program. You will create one, and you will do it yourself. You'll report to the Director of Growth Strategy, with the room to define how this function runs. You own it end to end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, deal structure, content, and the program architecture that makes all of it repeatable. Not a roster of one-off posts. A network you can activate on short notice, where the creators we find early and help grow become our loudest advocates and pull the next wave of talent toward us. You'll partner closely with the Director of Growth Strategy and cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand and Product as the creator channel scales. This is a founding role: expect to set the systems, tools and cadence yourself in year one, with the scope to grow into leading the function as the program proves out. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Creator is the next big unlock. We're hiring the person who will build it. This is a hands-on, zero to one build. We're looking for someone with natural grit. Someone who will send 200 DMs on a Tuesday, get 12 replies, close 3, and treat that as a great day. Someone who would rather build the machine than inherit one. If you do your best work with a system already built for you, this role will feel like a stretch. If you want to point at something in 18 months and say you built every piece of it, keep reading. THE ROLE Build the program - Design and launch our creator program: tiers, incentives, content expectations, deal and code structures, onboarding, and a real path from emerging talent to flagship partner. - Build the scouting engine that finds creators before anyone else does. Set the criteria, watch the signals, and get there early while partnerships are still affordable and relationships still matter. - Create the development side of the program: coaching, content feedback, early access, co-created formats, and support that makes creators better at their craft. We want creators to grow with us, not just post for us. Build a network, not a roster - Grow an owned community of creators, streamers, editors and clippers who work with us on an ongoing basis rather than campaign to campaign. - Run always-on programs and recurring briefs that keep the community producing, competing and improving between formal activations. - Make participation worth it. Design the incentives, recognition and progression that turn one-time contributors into regulars, and regulars into partners. Run the outreach engine - Own high-volume, high-quality prospecting across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, X, and wherever the audience moves next. - Negotiate and close across the full spectrum: performance-based, flat fee,
