About the role
What the Role Does: Shape the future of LawDepot’s eSign experience and drive measurable business growth. LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Product Manager. Working closely with the Product Management team, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy and ongoing optimization of our eSign feature. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and conversion funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, with the option to work hybrid from our Edmonton, Alberta office. What You’ll Do: - Establish and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for your domain, aligning priorities with customer needs and business goals - Set and deliver on objectives (OKRs) in collaboration with Senior Management - Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to development to launch, ensuring ongoing product improvement - Own, plan, and prioritize the product backlog, keeping it updated and well-groomed to align with development priorities - Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and eliminate roadblocks - Align the product roadmap with business goals to ensure long-term value for customers and the organization - Develop and execute monetization strategies using qualitative and quantitative insights to validate opportunities - Make data-driven decisions to guide project execution, using analytics to optimize performance pre- and post-launch - Balance competing priorities, making trade-offs that maximize product impact and value - Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, checkout specialists, analysts, and QA to achieve product goals - Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent updates on product progress and performance - Stay current with industry trends, competitor insights, best practices, and new technologies, sharing insights with the team - Guide teams to create engaging, seamless, and impactful user experiences - Review detail level specifications (ex. content, design) and ensure alignment with the product goals What You Bring: The Essentials - Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Computing Science, Design, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Marketing, or Project Manager role - Demonstrated proficiency in product management principles, practices, and methodologies - Thorough knowledge of Agile best practices and their application in an AI-driven environment - Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing data-driven monetization strategies using qualitative and quantitative insights to test, validate, and optimize opportunities - Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize initiatives - Sound business acumen, including an understanding of business models, market dynamics, customer needs, and key financial drivers - Technical aptitude to understand the technology behind the product and collaborate effectively with development teams - Skilled at building stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and balancing competing priorities - Decisiveness and sound judgment when navigating complex decisions and building consensus among multiple stakeholders - Financial literacy to understand budgets, allocate resources, and evaluate the financial impact of product decisions - Effective project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in alignment with key performance indicators - Proficiency in using AI tools (ex.
