About the role
TL;DR: We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build the strategic foundation for how our sales team goes to market. You will own enablement, competitive, and end-to-end feature launches for some of our most important products. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to scale the business. You’re experienced owning projects from start to finish, have high standards, move quickly, and roll up your sleeves to get it done. You’ve used AI to build systems that scale and enable sales teams to self-serve. You're strategic, customer-obsessed, and want a career-defining role at an early-stage startup. This is a senior IC role with high ownership. You'll report to our Head of Product Marketing and work closely with product, sales, and the founders. 3-5 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing. Sales and/or consulting experience is a plus. BACKGROUND Listen Labs is the world's fastest AI research platform, built so every company can understand what their customers want, why, and what to do about it. Our AI conducts in-depth interviews, analyzes conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights in hours, not weeks. Born out of a Harvard research project, Listen is trusted by teams at leading brands like Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, Replit, and Nestlé to bring real customer voices into their biggest product, marketing, and growth decisions. COMPANY HIGHLIGHTS: - World-Class Team: Founded by serial entrepreneurs — Alfred (Bemlo, YC W22) and Florian (IOI medalist, ICPC World Finalist) — and built with talent from Google, Meta, Tesla, Amazon, Jane Street, and X, alongside Bain, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and Sequoia-backed startups like Applied Intuition, Scale AI, and Rippling. Over 30% of our team are former founders, and multiple are competitive programming medalists. - Hypergrowth: Since launching, Listen has grown annualized revenue 15x and completed over 2 million interviews — backed by $100M in total funding led by Ribbit Capital, with Sequoia, Conviction, and Pear VC participating. - Traction: Already serving 15% of Fortune 100s. Enterprise wins and expansions across Anthropic, Microsoft, Nestlé, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, and more — with teams telling us research that used to take six to eight weeks now happens in days. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Positioning and Messaging You’ll shape what we say, who we say it to, and why. Own the pitch, talk tracks, objection handling, and demo narrative for every segment we sell to. - GTM Enablement: Many reps join us without a research background. Design how they learn the market, the product, and the pitch, so a new rep reaches their first win faster. - A single source of truth: Build the AI tooling our go-to-market team needs to self-serve the most up-to-date assets, messaging, and positioning. - Competitive: Own the competitive landscape and the win/loss program behind it. - Feature launches: Run launches from positioning through enablement. WHO YOU ARE - You're hands-on and resourceful, comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and execution, from a positioning framework to a sales one-pager to the launch email you wrote yourself. - You've built enablement programs from scratch, whether that’s for new audiences or new products. - You’re a trusted sales advisor. You can hear when a talk track is failing and say why. - You've owned launches, not just supported them. You can walk us through one: what you decided, what you wrote, what you'd do differently, and what happened to adoption after. - You're a strong writer. You can point to short-form and long-form work you're proud of. Craft matters here and we notice the details. - You're fluent with modern tools and AI for research, competitive intelligence, content creation, and enablement. - You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguity where priorities evolve quickly and the answer often doesn't exist yet. - You're curious and collaborative, energized by talking t
