We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices. ABOUT THE ROLE Mercor is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Head of Engagement Management to drive high-priority initiatives across sales, partnerships, marketing, and hiring. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move quickly from strategy to execution, helping to drive the strategic direction of Mercor's rapidly expanding GTM efforts. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow Mercor’s business across frontier labs, AI companies, and enterprises. - Partnerships: Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to turn relationships into joint GTM and revenue opportunities. - Cross-Functional Incubation: Build 0→1 initiatives across product marketing, events marketing, and customer marketing, establishing the playbook before scaling dedicated teams. - Strategic Hiring: Identify organizational gaps and lead recruiting for high-priority roles across the Engagement Management organization. - Special Projects: Own the highest-leverage problems facing the organization, from strategy through execution.
