Turn that perspective into concrete product bets. - Translate frontier capabilities into products. Work closely with research and engineering to understand what new models can do, where they fail, and how they can become reliable, intuitive experiences for real users. - Build creative systems, not isolated features. Think across the entire creative process. From intent and generation through editing, iteration, and publishing. Create workflows that feel coherent even as the underlying models and modalities change. - Develop exceptional product and model taste. Evaluate generated media across quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and creative usefulness. Help the team distinguish impressive outputs from products our customers rely on. - Stay close to users and the market. Spend time with creators, marketers, businesses, and emerging creative communities. Understand how their workflows are changing and identify behaviors that point toward the next major product opportunity. - Own products end to end. Move from ambiguous problem to prototype, launch, measurement, and iteration. Write clearly, prototype, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving without waiting for perfect information. - Build tight learning loops. Define what success looks like, build eval frameworks, work closely with Data Science, and use real pro
