Position Type: Part-time Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: 20 hrs/week | Mon–Thu (5 hrs/day) | 4:00 PM–9:00 PM or 6:00 PM–11:00 PM PHT About the Company Our client is a growing digital marketing business that helps U.S.-based home improvement and high-ticket service businesses generate leads and grow through performance-focused Meta advertising. Their work centers on helping clients acquire customers through effective paid social strategies, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable campaign results. About the Role We are looking for a Part-Time Meta Media Buyer who can take end-to-end ownership of Meta advertising for their clients. This person will be responsible for campaign setup, strategy, creative creation and testing, optimization, performance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a mid to expert-level Meta Ads professional who can work independently, make strategic recommendations, and manage campaigns without requiring constant direction. Experience working with U.S.-based service businesses is highly preferred. The role is primarily focused on Meta Ads rather than general social media management. While design is not the main responsibility, the ability to create or adapt simple ad creatives and assets would be a strong advantage. Responsibilities - Manage Meta advertising campaigns from setup through ongoing optimization. - Develop and execute Meta Ads strategies aligned with client goals and budgets, including deciding on the best place to direct ads to: landing pages, instant forms etc. - Oversee landing page creation for necessary ads and setup events and tracking accordingly. - Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. - Conduct audience research, targeting, testing, and campaign structuring. - Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. - Run ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, placements, and campaign structures. - Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. - Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results clearly. - Proactively recommend strategy adjustments based on performance trends and client objectives. - Create, adapt, or provide direction for ad creatives when needed. - Stay current with Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and performance marketing trends. - Manage multiple client campaigns while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Competencies and Qualifications Must-Have - Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end. - Ability to independently develop and execute Meta Ads strategy. - Experience with campaign setup, optimization, testing, targeting, and reporting. - Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics. - Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions. - Experience working with U.S.-based clients or businesses, preferably service-based (high-ticket) businesses. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned campaigns. - Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights and recommendations. - Familiarity with landing pages, funnels, tracking, and conversion optimization. - Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
