Signage Project Coordinator Position Type: Full Time Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Salary Range: P65,000 - P75,000 per month ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a rapidly growing provider of exterior illuminated signage solutions, supporting major national restaurant and retail brands across the United States. The company manages hundreds of projects simultaneously, specializing in signage design, planning, permitting, and project coordination for large-scale national rollouts. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Signage Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating multiple signage projects from planning through execution. This is a newly created opportunity for an organized and proactive project professional who is eager to learn the specialized signage industry while working alongside an experienced project management team. You will manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, coordinate vendor quotes and proposals, research permitting requirements, and support technical project documentation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with detailed information, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES - Project Management & Coordination - Manage multiple concurrent signage projects across several client accounts, ensuring projects progress according to established timelines and requirements. - Account & Project Management - Support approximately 2-10 client accounts within a PM team, with project volumes potentially reaching up to 100 projects across the team. - Project Delegation - Work under the direction of the Project Manager and support Project Coordinators through delegation of tasks by client, project phase, or milestone. - Project Tracking - Maintain accurate project information, milestones, deadlines, documentation, and status updates using the company's online project management portal. - Client Communication - Communicate with clients through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams Chat to provide updates, clarify requirements, and address project-related questions. - Vendor Coordination - Request quotes from vendors, gather and compare pricing, and ensure relevant information is accurately captured for project proposals. - Proposal Preparation - Compile vendor quotes and project information into worksheets and prepare accurate job proposals using established templates. - Code Due Diligence - Research municipal signage codes and requirements to determine applicable restrictions, allowances, and project considerations. - Permitting & Inspections - Coordinate and support permitting and inspection requirements across different jurisdictions. - Code Interpretation - Review applicable regulations, identify potential issues, and communicate with municipalities or other stakeholders to clarify requirements. - Architectural Drawing Review - Read and interpret basic architectural drawings, including A-sheets and wall sections, to understand signage locations, mounting points, wall construction, and other project requirements. - Technical Project Support - Review project specifications and documentation related to sign installation, electrical requirements, mounting, and attachment considerations. - Signage Coordination - Support projects involving various sign types, including building signs, projecting signs, canopies, awnings, wayfinding signage, ADA signage, illuminated signs, and non-illuminated signs. - Documentation Management - Maintain organized project files, proposals, quotes, drawings, permits, and other relevant documentation using platforms such as Google Docs and Dropbox. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with clients, vendors, municipalities, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. - Issue Resolution - Identify project risks or delays, ask appropriate follow-up questions, and proactively work toward practical solutions
