About the role
Location: Europe (remote, with travel to our hubs and key markets) · Reports to: CEO · Leads: Regional Sales Leads and Revenue Operations ABOUT NEWXEL Newxel is an AI-native talent solutions company. We provide talent solutions and close engineering roles in the format that works best for the client: from hiring specialists directly into the client's staff, to engaging engineers through our European hubs, to Employer of Record services. Whether it is a single position or a full R&D centre with dedicated labs. We have been on the market for nine years, with revenue of about $20M, six legal entities, and clients such as Check Point, HiBob and Renesas. Our own platform screens 1,000+ candidates in under 10 minutes, and we handle the recruitment and hiring of engineers ourselves. We run the operating model and infrastructure this requires: local recruiters, deep HR expertise that keeps retention high, and legal and financial structures in every region where we operate. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Until now, new business at Newxel has been founder-led. The strategy, the markets, the pricing model and the sales incentive scheme are in place. What we need is the leader who takes them and runs revenue as a system: regional sales leads with plans and reviews, a pipeline that lives in numbers, and a sales motion built around our platform rather than around individuals. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Revenue from new business across all our markets. You are accountable for new-business revenue and its sustainability, not for a personal pipeline. - The commercial process end to end. How we sell and what we sell: stages, qualification rules, roles and timelines from first contact to signed contract. This includes quoting: how a proposal is formed for each market and model, the market rates and price corridors behind it, and the market research that feeds it. Our platform and its agents support this process; you define what they must deliver. - Positioning in sales. Every seller sells the same company with the same words and the same numbers. Marketing owns the positioning; you make sure it is what the market hears from us, and you bring market feedback back. - Regional presence. You decide where the company needs to be present in each market: exhibitions, conferences, partner events. You own this budget and its result in the pipeline; marketing provides materials and brand. - The sales team. Regional sales leads in our markets report to you. You set their plans, run pipeline reviews, hire and develop them. - Sales incentives. You own and administer the sales compensation scheme, keeping it tied to revenue collected rather than to signatures. - Market programmes. You take over our current market entry programmes with their targets, pricing rules and gates, execute them, and adjust based on data. - Selling through the platform. You define what the sales flow inside our platform must do for a seller and for a client, from request to contract to scaling; product and R&D build it. - Pipeline machine. You are the business customer of Revenue Operations and of our research and outreach function: which markets, which signals, what volume. You accept results in numbers, from first contact to collected revenue. - Pricing. You own the rate card and the price corridor within the limits set with the CEO. - Handover to Customer Success. Together with our Customer Success lead you define where a new client is handed over and how expansion is owned. WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO You do not manage existing client accounts. You do not build CRM or automation yourself. You do not rewrite the strategy in your first months: you execute it, measure it and then propose changes in writing. FIRST 90 DAYS Both current market programmes run under you, with regional leads reporting to you. The sales process and quoting are documented and working for every active market. A one-page sales plan for the next year by market and model, agreed with the
