Join our team of Web Designers to shape the web marketing landscape for one of the world's leading cybersecurity brands, NordVPN. We're looking for a designer who's excited to help us build an engaging web presence that drives user acquisition and satisfaction. The role is primarily focused on our web design (~90% of your work), with the remaining dedicated to marketing screens within our mobile apps — so strong, proven web design experience is essential. Your work will focus on crafting visually striking, user-friendly designs. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing peers across a range of projects, from global campaigns to new business initiatives. You'll also partner with copywriters, web content managers, the design system team, graphic designers, and engineers — all working together to bring great design to life. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Design web pages that enhance new user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across our website - Design marketing screens within our mobile applications - Analyze current website patterns and flows, identify architecture and design flaws, and advise on the most suitable solutions and improvement plans - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align web designs with brand identity and business objectives, boosting engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies - Work closely with other UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System designers - Advocate for design excellence, presenting and rationalizing your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders CORE REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing web pages - Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for intuitive user experience - Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs - A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with data analytics, web content managers, and developers to ensure design fidelity through implementation - A quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and evolving project requirements, and welcomes feedback for growth - Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - Proficiency in Figma - Openness and willingness to adopt AI-enhanced workflows and tools as part of your day-to-day process Note: We invite you to submit a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work.
