ABOUT NOTABLE Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform for transforming workforce productivity. Health systems, hospitals, and payers use Notable to improve care quality, close gaps in patient care, and drive patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement — scaling growth without hiring more staff. We're on a mission to improve healthcare for humanity, and our aim to impact 100 million patients isn't just a number. Our culture is purposeful in pursuit of it: everyone here gets the opportunity to do the best work of their lives, alongside the best teammates, and have fun achieving great things together. WHY NOTABLE Healthcare AI is crowded with companies that automate one workflow well. Notable is the platform underneath all of them — here's what that means for you. - You'll build on nine years of earned trust. We've been delivering real outcomes in healthcare since before this was a category. You'll walk into rooms with executives who already believe us, and spend your time on hard product problems instead of re-litigating whether AI belongs. - You'll have the deepest library of proven AI workflows in healthcare to build on. Registration and intake, referral management, care gap outreach, prior authorization, contact center, denials — live and producing outcomes today. Whatever you ship compounds on top of all of it. - You'll help re-skill a generation of healthcare workers. Health systems' own teams build and ship AI agents on Notable — we're turning schedulers, analysts, and operations leads into people who deploy AI systems for a living, a career path nobody else in healthcare is offering them. - You'll work with genuinely modern tooling. Flow AI brings the Claude Code and Codex UX to healthcare workflows, backed by our own MCP server. Describe what you want and steer an agent to discover, build, and monitor flows — instead of painfully wiring up every step by hand. - You'll own an area, not a backlog. Our PM team is intentionally lean and stays that way by design. You’ll own a major surface of the product end to end, set its direction, and carry the outcome. There are no feature PMs here. WHAT YOU'LL DO Today, the executives and operators who sponsor and run Notable's workflows can't easily see what's live, what it's delivering, or what they should do next. There is no product there yet. You'll define it from a blank page — the first hypotheses, the intelligence layer underneath, and the growth motion it unlocks. - Set the strategy from scratch. Your users are the COOs, VPs of patient access, revenue cycle leaders, and contact center directors who sponsor Notable and live with the results. You decide what they need to see, understand, and act on — and you own the surface where they do it. Think rapid experimentation and hypothesis-driven approach. - Be in the room. This role is customer-facing by design, and customers are your primary instrument for testing what you believe. You'll sit with executive sponsors and operators, build real relat
