About the role
WHO WE ARE Overflow is a Silicon Valley technology company with a bold mission: to inspire the world to give. We are a B2B SaaS philanthropy platform that enables modern giving across cash, stock, and crypto for nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations. Backed by leading investors including Uncork Capital, Craft Ventures, and Village Global, Overflow builds secure, beautifully designed infrastructure that powers generosity at scale. OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES Overflow was founded on the belief that generosity transforms people and communities. Inspired by Proverbs 11:24 — "The world of the generous gets larger and larger" — we operate with integrity, stewardship, service, and excellence. HOW WE WORK Overflow operates with a flexible work model. While there is no company-wide in-office requirement, some teams may establish in-person collaboration rhythms based on their function, goals, and team needs. We maintain offices in Los Gatos, CA and Birmingham, AL for team collaboration, coworking, meetings, and intentional in-person connection. ABOUT THE ROLE Less than 5% of Christians tithe. Generosity University (Gen U) exists to change that - an eight-module course that turns generosity from a Sunday afterthought into a lasting habit. It works: one church saw nine first-time givers and $6K/month in new recurring giving after a single cohort, and every student who completes the course raises their giving band by 20% or more. Gen U has built a loyal base of ~100 paying churches almost entirely on the conviction and hustle of one person. That's the opportunity here. You're not inheriting a product that needs to find its market - you're inheriting one that already has it, with plenty of room still to grow: a subscription model to design, a sales motion to scale past a single closer, a content experience overdue for a refresh, and over 765 pastors already waiting to hear from you. As Program Manager, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll partner closely with engineering, sales, and church customers to push Gen U toward its boldest goal yet - $1M in annualized sales - while building the infrastructure that lets it keep growing well past it. It's a stretch goal for the whole program, not something any one hire is expected to single-handedly deliver in their first few months. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead Gen U's roadmap and execution, working alongside a dedicated product manager and software engineer plus AM and engineering support pulled in as needed - Help drive Gen U toward its 2026 stretch goal of $1M in annualized subscription sales, with activation rate as your leading indicator of long-term health - Turn the backlog of 765+ inbound pastor leads into activated, engaged churches - Design the pricing and packaging model Gen U has been missing - moving from mixed one-time and tiered fees to a clear subscription structure that unlocks predictable growth - Create the playbooks, training, and prospect-facing materials that let Gen U's new-logo sales motion scale beyond a single closer - Partner with engineering and product to modernize the curriculum and delivery experience for the first real refresh in two years - Build the reporting infrastructure to finally make Gen U activation visible, connecting Kajabi and offline-cohort data into Overflow's core dashboard - Be the connective tissue between Gen U's content partners, its founding champions, engineering, and sales/AM - the person who makes this feel like one coherent product, not a side project - Report progress and wins directly to executive leadership WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE - 5+ years in program or product management, with experience owning a revenue-linked KPI in a cross-functional, resource-constrained environment - A track record of taking a founder-led product or program and turning it into something systematized and scalable - Comfort working directly with engineers on scope and delivery tradeoffs; you do
