About the role: As a Technical Program Manager within Technical Services, you will be responsible for managing project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go-live readiness for Data Migration initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Resource Management, customers, and technical delivery teams, you will ensure projects are prioritized, planned, and delivered on schedule while balancing organizational capacity and business objectives.  You will play a key role in driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decision-making that enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
